Each reservation is subject to a seasonal rental contract. To block this reservation, a deposit of 30% is requested, the balance will be paid one month before arrival in the villa.
A deposit check worth €2,500 uncashed is requested on the day of arrival at the villa and will be returned on the day of departure.

A supplement of €30 from 6 people is requested per night and per additional person.

During the period of May-June-September-October: Possibility of renting the villa on the Weekend (2 nights minimum) from €1200 and for 3 nights €1600.

A cleaning fee of €150 which includes the supply of linen, sheets, towels & swimming pool is additionally requested on the day of arrival in the villa. The tourist tax is €2.3 per person per day.
All arrivals or departures on Sunday are also subject to an additional charge of €50.
